On Sunday, 15th May we had Aventura Cultural at Rota. The idea behind the event was to know Cascais better and have lots of fun with interesting, creative young people.
Before setting off to explore Cascais everybody gathered in Rota to know each other better and learn more about what Rota does. Then we went to the docks to meet some fishermen who told us about their life.
After that, in several places in Cascais volunteers from Rota were waiting for the participants divided into 3 groups. The groups were to perform numerous tasks connected with various areas. For example, they could try some yoga, make some azuleijos and make a short movie about the environment.
After the peddy paper all participants gathered at the market for the reggae concert of TwelveChannels Soundsystem, which was lots of fun.
