Hello
everyone, we are Kamil and Michele, we are from Poland and Italy and we are going
to speak about Saturday, the best day of the week. It was a very plenty day,
full of experience!
After
breakfast, our first destination was Cabo Da Roca, the most western point in Europe.
We were surprised by the fog, but the view was still amazing!
Next we
moved to Pedra Amarela, located near Sintra, a beautiful forest. There we walked
on a trip and played some games. We played a theater piece, making some scenes from our
workcamps and had a moment of reflection, writing about our feelings. After lunch,
we went to Rope Park where we spend time on climbing.
Our last
destination on that trip was Sintra, a little touristic town near Lisbon. There
we could see many examples of Portuguese architecture, specially Quinta da
Regaleria. It is a big palace and it is the principal tourist attraction on Sintra, with beautiful lakes and grottoes. After this amazing trip, we went back to
O´ Seculo.
In our free
time, we decided to visit Lisbon and after a short ride by train and metro, we could see the Portuguese capital. We visited Bairro Alto, a characteristic quarter full
of bars, clubs, Fado and restaurants.
That was a tiring and excited day but it definitely contributed to improve our relations.
